My approach is holistic and evidence-based integrating psychodynamic, somatic, and EMDR therapeutic modalities. I work with individuals (children 10+, teens and adults), couples, and families with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues and career or life transitions. I help process distressing experiences like grief, loss, burnout and trauma to build resilience and regain a sense of safety and hope.
Drawing from both personal experience a passion for mind-body healing and neuroscience. I understand how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are intricately connected. I am honored and committed to help you navigate through that process.
