"I became a therapist to help others, inspired by a deep belief in the transformative power of connection."

Growing up in Oregon, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and the importance of a holistic approach to healing, where mind and body are interconnected as one in overall health.

My career in creative operations within the advertising and architecture industries has equipped me with a blended systems perspective that I bring to my therapy practice. This experience helps me understand patterns in people’s lives. It also enhances my ability to approach each client’s needs uniquely with both structure and creativity.

I am a psychotherapist in California working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and parents seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in supporting emotional regulation.

I hold a Master in Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business. My clinical training has focused on attachment and relational dynamics, especially how early experiences shape emotional patterns, identity, and the way we connect in relationships throughout adulthood.

I am especially interested in neuroscience how the brain and body specifically the nervous system respond to stress and trauma. I am committed to continuously learning more to support others in their own natural capacity to heal.

I often integrate EMDR therapy to help process and metabolize experiences that feel overwhelming, stuck or emotionally intense, with the goal of creating relief, clarity and integration.

In therapy, I aim to offer a collaborative space where we can slow things down, understand patterns more clearly, and support meaninful change in how you relate to yourself and others.

Personally, I’m a proud of my own journey in therapy and becoming a therapist. I value curiosity, creativity, and culture. I enjoy yoga, nature, design, art, reading, music, travel, food, friends, community.

I am a mother to an energetic six-year-old son who continues to teach me so much about life, relationships and myself. I am also a wife to my French-American husband who has partnered with me to create a relationship built on mutual respect, communication, love and shared growth. We live by the beach with our always hungry and fierce tabby cat, Sienna Miller. i
