"I became a therapist to help others, inspired by a deep belief in the transformative power of connection."
I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.
Growing up in Oregon, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and the importance of a holistic approach to healing, where mind, body, and environment are interconnected.
My career in creative operations within the advertising and architecture industries has equipped me with a unique, blended systems perspective that I bring to my therapy practice. This experience enhances my ability to approach each client’s needs with structure, creativity and empathy.
I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology here in California. Where my practicum was with those living with neurocognitive disorders like dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our memories are such a core component of our identities. I am interested in how the brain and nervous system work and relate to human behavior. I’ve committed myself to learning more to help others.
I offer therapy to individuals, couples, preteen to teens and families. And I have specialized experience in supporting caregivers and parents impacted by dementia and Alzheimers. With all of these offerings, I like to bring in EMDR to help metabolize and integrate that which is causing emotional distress.
Personally, I’m a proud of my journey. I am mother to an energetic five-year-old son who has taught me so much. A wife to my French-American husband who has partnered with me to create a relationship built on mutual respect, love and shared growth. We live by the beach with our always hungry and fierce tabby cat. We routinely enjoy the nearby desert and mountains.
I approach therapy with a mindset of connection, collaboration, and growth. I’m here to support you in fostering lasting change, emotional well-being, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
